EVENT AGREEMENT
I. Venue Access & Use:
Renter has access to the venue for the reserved time to host a private event. An on-site staff member will provide access and necessary items. The venue is for Renter and guests only.
II. Play Date Rental Time:
Play date rentals are hourly, including set-up and clean-up. There is no extra time before your scheduled start. If your play date starts at 2 PM, you may enter at 2 PM. If it ends at 3 PM, you must be cleaned up and out by then so we can prepare for the next event. A $25 fee will be added to your order for every 15 minutes past your reservation end time.
III. Shoe-Free Policy:
We are a shoe-free facility. Socks are required for adults, and grip socks are required for kids. Please inform your party guests in advance so they are prepared to remove their shoes upon entry. We suggest including this in your invitations. Thank you for helping us keep our space clean for the kids!
IV. Cleanup & Belongings:
Renter must return the venue to its original condition and remove all personal items and trash before the reservation ends. Trash cans and bags are provided. All décor must be disposed of or taken.
V. Alcohol & Smoking:
- Alcohol may not be served to anyone under 21 and must be removed after the event.
- Renter is responsible for any damages or legal issues arising from alcohol use.
- Smoking is prohibited inside. A $100 cleaning fee applies if detected. Dispose of cigarette butts properly.
VI. Damages:
Renter is responsible for any damage to the venue, fixtures, or appliances caused by negligence or guests.
VII. Disputes:
Any legal disputes will be handled in the Owner’s local jurisdiction.
VIII. Safety & Responsibility:
- Grip socks must be worn during play. Without them, parents acknowledge The Play Cafe is not responsible for injuries.
- Supervision is required at all times. No drop-offs.
- The Play Cafe is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
